Try This Spiritual Exercise!

As you lie in bed and get ready to go to sleep, chant your secret word, HU, or Wah Z. Listen for the sound of HU. Picture yourself as a glowing light. Next to you is another light. It is the Mahanta, the Living ECK Master!

Now imagine yourself standing by a beautiful body of water. The waves are gently lapping against a smooth beach. The Mahanta is still beside you.

Ask the Mahanta to give you a dream that is best for your spiritual growth. Fall asleep knowing that your adventure will continue. When you wake up, write down whatever you can remember, whether it makes sense to you or not.
